Talenthouse: our drive to develop and retain insurance talent

We do not just serve the markets we operate in; we play an active role in them – and that means being committed to their long-term futures. We recognise that our success is intrinsically linked to the health of the financial services sector, so if we can do something that benefits our clients, it is in all our interests.

talenthouse is our programme to develop emerging talent in the general insurance market – and retain it in the industry. With the help of a number of senior industry figures acting as mentors, each year we hand-pick 30 promising people who will benefit from a personal development programme created by Mansion House.

Our objective is to accelerate and fully develop the careers of talented individuals. These people will become the next generation of senior management and practitioners in the UK insurance industry.

Participation in talenthouse is free of charge to those individuals we select. It is part of our commitment to the markets we work with.
